So we are finally moved into our new house after a month of cleaning, painting, and mostly just waiting for new carpet which is gorgeous. We don't have any tv, phone, or internet service or I would post pics I am just at my moms and I didn't bring any. Our nieghborhood is a great nieghborhood we have already met some great people and it is so close to where we both work and downtown ogden which is great. I love this house I just wish we had all the blinds and curtins up especially in my bedroom because the sun comes in and it is not my friend in the morning.

So we are still painting our new house, we are almost done but we are waiting for carpet and I am stessing. They had to order our carpet so i just hope something doesn't happen to where it comes late and then we can't move in when we are plannin. I just want to move and be done with everything.

So today's the day, tonght at 5:30 we go in to close on our house and get our keys. I am so excited I can't wait to start painting and making it our home, the one thing I am not looking forward to is cleaning the apartment we are leaving. I am also not so thrilled about packing and unpacking but I figure if I do a little bit at a time it won't be to bad. Kaydence is going to love this house because we will be able to keep her outside toys outside where she can always play with them instead of inside so they don't get stollen or damaged, plus the new swingset that she now has. What else could a toddler ask for, a big yard, a swingstet, toys, and all the dirt she thinks she can get away with eating.

So we found another house about a week ago and our offer was accepted and we close next week, I am so excited. This house is so much better than the other house we were getting I love it. There are some pretty crazy colors in the bedrooms but that is nothing I can't handle I just can't wait to get the keys so that I can hurry and paint and move in and throw a party! As soon as I get the keys I will take pictures so I can post them and you can see my very cute house.

So it's been awhile since I have been on but I am back now. So my husband Jared and I have been dealing with house hunting and we actually put an offer in on one and it was excepted so we were happy. We had some issues with the listing realitor getting us the paper work so we had to get extentions for deadlines for the inspection, the appraisal and all that fun stuff. When we finally got the inspection done a few things failed and the sellers decided they didin't want to fix anything (oh and they only spoke spanish so it was very hard to communicate with them to tell them what we wanted because their realior was out of town). So we decided not to buy it so that was sad and good because I was starting to get nervous about it. We really want to buy a house but we have a great apartment and freat rent but we want to have another baby so we need to get a bigger place. Who knows what will happen I guess we'll just have to see. Everything else in our lives is going great, Kaydence is so much fun she is taking swimming lessons because we spend a lot of time in and around water in th summer and she is doing great she just loves the water. It's so wierd how much someone her age can learn she is such a smart kid and I am not just saying that because she is my daughter but I do think she is the best.
