Eight!

So this morning when I was doing Kaydence's hair we were picking ou tthe color of hair bands and I needed two so I said "lets count" 1, 2 then she kept going all the way until 8 it completely shocked me but it was so cute and I was so proud I've made her do it all day. I guess she is finally paying attention to the things I try to teach her or maybe I am trying to teach to much at once so it's taking her a little longer to catch on . She is such a smart kid, she talks so much and you can ubderstand almost all of what she says, she can identify colors, some shapes, some of the abc's and now she has learned to count to 8. She will tell me that Jesus and Heavenly Father love her and can pick Jesus out of a picture. She has been completely potty trained for about 3 months it's great. I know I am babbbling but I am just so proud of my little girl!

It's Been Awhile

So we finally bleassed Marley on September 27th and Jared did an amazing job. We were so lucky to have alm ost all of our family join us, and then after for a great luncheon. I found the most perfect dress online at a store called Hevenly Delight but they no longer had one because the company that made the dress went out of buisness but supplied to a few stores in Utah so it took a long time but I finally found it at a store in Gardner Village and they offered to ship it to their sister store in Bountiful so I got lucky and was able to get the dress I wanted. She doesn't like to smile when the camera is on her so i usually have to take the good pictures with my phone so she doesn't know.

We had alot of fun un the month of October, we went to the zoo on one of the last warm saturdays of the year and Kaydence had a blast. We took Jared's little brother Sam with us so of course that mad eit even more fun for Kaydence who just adores her uncle Sam. She really loved the elephants, giraffes, and lions. There were a bunch of super cute new baby animals, I always love going to the zoo but the poor monkeys make me sad in their small cages. We also celebrated Papa's birthday (my dad) and Kaydence couldn't wait to tell him 'happy happy' she is so stinkin cute and she couldn't wait to give him his presents or maybe it's just because she wanted to help open them. Then of course we celebrated Halloween and I am not quite
sure if it is going to be her favorite holiday or christmas because all she kept telling me was that it was halloween at mommy's house and trick or treat, but now she keeps telling me ho ho is coming to bring toys and I keep telling her when it snows and only if you are good so needless to say I am so excited for Christmas because she actually knows what is going on and I am looking forward to making the girls' christmas dresses this year so lets just hope I can find the perfect pattern because I have already found a dress I like but I really want to make them. We went trick or treating at the Layton Hills Mall which she really enjoyed, then a couple of houses in my moms neighborhood, and then with uncle Sam. Kaydence got a ton of candy and even some money from people (she really likes getting dollars). This fall Jared and my sister Kindsey have been playing softball on a coed team in Clearfield and their team pretty much sucks but we have all had fun watching and talking

Kaydence usually finds other kids to play with and when there aren't any she climbs all over the bleachers and puts on any article of clothing she can find. Marley will be 5 months next week and she is getting so big. She loves to

play with Kaydence, well sometimes and she is learning how to grab toys and put them in her mouth. She refuses to sit so it's hard for her to play plus she really likes nope LOVES mommy to hold her which can be a little irritating especially when I need to clean or make dinner but I love every minute I spend with my girls.
